Diamond Fund
Family Fundraising Program. Your Effort. Your Fundraising. Your Player’s Future.
Making High-Level Baseball More Affordable for Families
At 9 Tool National, we believe dedicated players deserve access to exceptional coaching, advanced training, player development technology, and high-level competition. We also understand that investing in a serious baseball player’s future can be a significant financial commitment for families. That’s why we created The Diamond Fund, our family fundraising program designed to help offset player expenses and make our comprehensive baseball development experience more affordable.
How the Diamond Fund Works
The Diamond Fund gives families the opportunity to participate in organized fundraising campaigns throughout the year, with the majority of eligible net proceeds going directly toward their player’s program expenses.
85% Goes to Your Player
For every dollar of eligible net proceeds generated through an approved fundraising campaign, 85% is credited directly to your player’s account to help offset program costs.
15% Supports the Organization
The remaining 15% supports the administration, coordination, and operation of our fundraising initiatives.
Reduce Your Out-of-Pocket Expenses
Fundraising credits can help lower the amount your family pays toward your player’s baseball program.
Fundraise at Your Own Pace
Participation is completely voluntary. Families choose whether to participate and how actively they want to fundraise.
Multiple Opportunities Throughout the Year
Rather than relying on a single fundraiser, The Diamond Fund offers opportunities for families to participate in multiple fundraising campaigns.
Your Efforts Benefit Your Player
The more eligible net proceeds your family generates, the more credit your player can earn toward eligible program expenses.
Unused Credits Can Carry Forward
Fundraising credits that aren’t used during the current season can carry forward to the next season, provided the player remains with 9 Tool National.
More Development, Less Financial Pressure
Our goal is to help families focus on what matters most: their player’s development, improvement, and opportunities on the baseball field.
See How Fundraising Can Add Up
Eligible Net Proceeds → Your Player Earns (85%): $500 → $425 • $1,000 → $850 • $2,000 → $1,700 • $3,000 → $2,550 • $5,000 → $4,250. Examples reflect the 85% player fundraising credit calculated from eligible net proceeds after applicable fundraising expenses and processing fees. Credits are limited to eligible player expenses.
Example of One Fundraising Option: Sponsor a Player Program
One of the ways families can benefit from The Diamond Fund is through our Sponsor a Player Program. This program allows players and families to reach out to local businesses, friends, relatives, and community supporters who want to support an aspiring athlete’s baseball development. Through approved sponsorship opportunities, businesses who support a player can receive advertising and promotional recognition while helping that player pursue their baseball goals.
Here’s How It Works
1. Families introduce potential sponsors to the 9 Tool National Sponsor a Player Program. 2. Sponsors select an available sponsorship level. 3. Businesses receive the advertising or recognition benefits associated with their sponsorship. 4. Once the sponsorship is approved and payment is received, 85% of eligible net proceeds is credited toward the player’s program expenses. It’s an opportunity for local businesses and community members to support aspiring athletes while helping hard-working families reduce the financial commitment of high-level baseball. Sponsor a Player is just one example of the fundraising opportunities we plan to offer through The Diamond Fund throughout the year.
No Required Fundraising. No Pressure.
We recognize that every family has different schedules, financial circumstances, and priorities. Fundraising is an opportunity, not an obligation. Families are never required to participate in The Diamond Fund to be part of 9 Tool National. There is no minimum fundraising requirement, and participation does not affect team placement or playing time.
Invest in Development. Create Opportunity.
9 Tool National is more than a travel baseball organization. Our mission is to develop complete baseball players through year-round training, measurable progress, advanced technology, experienced instruction, and competitive opportunities. The Diamond Fund is another way we’re working to make that commitment to player development more accessible.
